Jordan Drummond
Jordan is the owner of The Strength Sanctuary and a dedicated personal trainer with over a decade of experience. Over the past three years, he has built a thriving fitness community in Kilmarnock, driven by his passion for helping clients reach their full potential. Committed to excellence, Jordan’s mission is to create a supportive gym environment where people can grow, train, and feel at home.

Taylor Doherty
Taylor is a passionate personal trainer at The Strength Sanctuary, dedicated to helping clients build sustainable, healthy lifestyles. With over a year of experience, she has grown under mentorship and developed a deep love for Hyrox competitions. Working with clients of all levels, from beginners to professional athletes, Taylor specialises in empowering busy women. Excited to introduce new classes, she looks forward to welcoming more members to the team.

Mind & Body Coach
Steven Currie
Steven has been training for 15 years with a background in the army, where he developed discipline and high-intensity fitness skills with a passion for mindset and well-being. After a battle with addiction, he has been sober since December 11th 2022 and volunteers to support others in recovery. Steven helps clients reduce stress, improve mental resilience, and achieve fitness goals through strength training, and functional movement. Dedicated to creating a supportive community, he works with individuals, teams, and schools to promote holistic health and performance alongside attending church and practising his faith.

Personal Trainer
Amy Petherick
Amy has a passion for fitness and a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, alongside qualifications in Personal Training. With experience in online coaching and group sessions, she helps clients at every stage of their journey—whether the goal is fat loss, strength, muscle gain, or building a healthier lifestyle. Amy’s favourite style is hybrid training, combining strength and endurance to push clients towards their best, most confident selves.

Sports Specific Coach
Luke Dickson
Luke brings over two years of experience in athlete development, specialising in sports specific and functional fitness training. With a strong background in football coaching, he has helped players progress into professional and senior football while also serving as assistant manager at Irvine Meadow Development Squad. At The Strength Sanctuary, Luke leads functional fitness classes designed to improve strength, performance, and movement.

Pre & Postpartum Coach
Karen Knapp
Karen specialises in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. With over 10 years of experience, she helps clients build confidence, strength, and mobility in a safe and supportive environment. As both a coach and mother, Karen understands the challenges of balancing fitness with family life and is passionate about empowering women to feel strong, capable, and confident on their journey.

Running Coach
Ian Wilson
Ian is a highly experienced running coach with years of knowledge in endurance training. Having competed in marathons and half marathons, he brings both expertise and first-hand experience to his coaching. Ian works with runners of all levels to improve technique, build stamina, and reach new personal bests. Passionate about the sport, he helps clients enjoy the process of running while achieving their goals with confidence.
